Best Time To Go To Tanzania

Tanzania is a year round destination and the temperatures range between 20 – 30°C. The long rain falls in April and May; the short rain falls in November.

If you want to watch the Great Migration swathe across the plains of the Serengeti, the best month is from May to July when the plains are fresh and green, and November to March when they return to calve.

Parks in the southern circuit are good  all year round. From July to October the climate is hot and dry with very low humidity, since is the dry months we believe is the best time to visit the country.

Mahale, Katavi and the remainder of the Western Parks viwing is best from August to  October .
