1 Day Arusha National Park

Early breakfast then drive to Arusha National Park for the whole day game viewing.

This Park lies between Kilimanjaro and Meru, this park offers a superb game drive. Among animals found in the park includes giraffes, zebra, dik – dik, and a variety of birds and thousand of flamingoes in the famous Momella Lakes.

While elephants are uncommon in Arusha National Park and the lacks of  lions  altogether however leopards and spotted hyenas may be seen slinking around in the early morning and late afternoon. In the dusk and dawn the veil of cloud on the eastern horizon is most likely to clear, revealing the majestic snow-capped peaks of Kilimanjaro, only 50km (30 miles) distant. It is one of the few parks in Tanzania offering a walking safari.

Size: 137 sq km (53 sq miles).
Location : Northern Tanzania, northeast of Arusha town.

1 Day Lake Manyara

Stretching for 50km along the base of the rusty-gold 600-metre high Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is a scenic gem with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.

Among the game found here includes the famous TREE CLIMBING LIONS, Elephants, Buffalos and Wildebeest.

Size: 330 sq km (127 sq miles), of which up to 200 sq km (77 sq miles) is lake when water levels are high.

Location: In northern Tanzania. The entrance gate lies 1.5 hours (126km/80 miles) west of Arusha along a newly surfaced road, close to the ethnically diverse market town of Mto wa Mbu.

Ngorongoro

Even though a Day trip can be arranged to Ngorongoro, in order to enjoy this world wonder, we recommend you to have more that a day.

Situated within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, The Ngorongoro Crater is a host of the BIG FIVE and its pastoralism by the local Maasai, Conservation and Tourism co-exist.

Thousands of animals, birds and reptiles are residents of Ngorongoro. The only animal not found in the Crater but common in the northern circuit safari is the Giraffe.

No matter where your interests lie whether is in wildlife, culture, adventure hiking, archaeology, or simply solitude on the wide open plains, Ngorongoro will not disappointing you.

Size : Ngorongoro Conservation Area – 8300 sq km

Location : I t borders the Serengeti National Park to the north and west. A few hours drive to the east takes you to the town of Arusha, via the edges of Lake Manyara National Park.

Tarangire

Most famous for its large (up to 300) herds of Elephant, Tarangire provides a worth day game drive. Animals found here include migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, eland lion and other cats.

The Tarangire River provides water a year round,  therefore it's a major pull factor for animals residing there.

Size: 2,600 sq km (1,005 sq miles).
Location : 118 km (75 miles) southwest of Arusha.
